Spurs learn who they will face in the Europa League Round of 32

Tottenham Hotspur have learned who they will face in the Round of 32 in the Europa League.

The draw was made a short while ago from UEFA’s headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland and will see Tottenham take on Austrian side Wolfsberger.

Spurs were seeded in the draw after finishing top of Group J which meant that they could not face any of the other group winners or any seeded teams from the Champions League which dropped into the competition after finishing third in their respective group.

Tottenham have endured a lengthy campaign in the Europa League after navigating their way through the qualification stages after Arsenal’s FA Cup win over Chelsea last season condemned their North London rivals to three qualifying ties which took Jose Mourinho’s side to Bulgaria and Macedonia along with the visit of Maccabi Haifa.

The first leg of the Round of 32 is set to be played on February 18, while the second leg is penned in for February 24th at 17:00 UK time.
