The win is Tottenham’s fourth in five games in all competitions and means they now sit fifth, only a point behind north London rivals Arsenal.

Have something to tell us about this article?

  1. How Lloris got an 8 is beyond me. Yes he did make a couple of good saves, but his kicking was just awful today often pitting us straight back into danger. Thought Danny Rose had another brilliant game, probably the most improved player in the team. Would like to see Son get more starts, always very lively when he comes on.

    • Son could have pass the ball to Winks to finish them up, bad decision making and poor finishing prevented an influential cameo, but he certainly stretched Burnley and offered an outlet on the counter. Like Dembele, Kane’s looked a little off the pace lately. Worth noting both players have suffered injuries this season. Came close once or twice but lacked his usual punch. Likely just a mini-dip in form.
