Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have been speculating on social media after hearing what Jose Mourinho said during a training session this week.
The Portuguese can be heard off-camera saying along the lines of “You want to stay here or go to Madrid and play no football?” while the footage was focused on the goalkeeper’s who were being put through their paces.
While there is no proof of who the Spurs head coach was talking to, some supporters have suggested that it could either be Gareth Bale, who is on a season-long loan from the Spanish giants or Sergio Reguilon who made the permanent switch from Los Blancos in the summer.
Tottenham are back in Premier League action tomorrow when they make the trip to Sheffield United looking to end their poor run of form which has seen them only manage to win one of their last six top flight outings.
