Tottenham Hotspur have released a team news update ahead of Saturday’s Premier League clash at Southampton.
The club have confirmed that Dele Alli has returned to full training with the first team earlier this week and will be considered for selection.
Dele has been sidelined with a left hamstring injury since picking up the problem late in the 1-0 win at Fulham in January.
Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Kieran Trippier will miss the match. The right back was left behind for the win against Borussia Dortmund and is undergoing treatment for a gluteal muscle strain.
Harry Winks had to be replaced during the 1-0 win after picking up a groin problem and will undergo a late fitness test.
Spurs will be looking to end a run of three Premier League matches without a victory having lost to both Burnley and Chelsea, whilst only picking up a point in the North London derby.
