Tottenham Hotspur have finally broken the deadlock against Tranmere Rovers after 40 minutes.
The League Two side have done well to try and frustrate their Premier League visitors, but the goal has come five minutes before the half time break and it came from an unlikely source.
Serge Aurier is the man who has found the back of the net and he did it in some style. After the Tranmere striker Norwood failed to hold onto the ball, Aurier picked the ball 25 yards out and his shot took a slight deflection and went into the top corner.
WOW… what a strike from Serge Aurier ?
There's no stopping that and Spurs lead at Prenton Park! pic.twitter.com/JW4hJo7elI
