Steven Bergwijn ensured that Tottenham Hotspur continued to maintain their winning start to their pre-season preparations with a late goal against Birmingham City.
Just 24 hours before, Jose Mourinho’s side were in action against Reading and ran out comfortable 4-1 winners.
Today’s match against Aitor Karanka’s side was a much more difficult affair with Blues looking to press the home side and defend the low block.
Bergwijn showed his class with just two minutes left on the click at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to curl a beautiful effort into the bottom corner.
Spurs round off their pre-season with a trip to Watford next weekend.
