Video: Dion Dublin struggles to see where Son was offside

Tottenham Hotspur’s tough start to the new Premier League season continued following a 2-1 loss at Leicester City.

VAR was at the centre of controversy once again when Spurs thought they had doubled their lead when Serge Aurier found the back of the net in the second half, only for the video assistant to deem Heung-min Son to be slightly offside in the play which led to the goal.

Former Aston Villa and Manchester United striker Dion Dublin has claimed that the decision to award Son as offside was ridiculous and failed to see where the South Korean had caused the infringement.

It was a controversial decision and one which came back to punish Tottenham with Leicester making the most of their fortune to pile the misery on the visitors by scoring two unanswered goals to keep all three points at the King Power.

Spurs have been on both sides of VAR this season, Man City had a late winner chalked off while penalty decisions have also gone against Harry Kane on more than one occasion.
