Video: Former manager reveals why he would join Spurs over Arsenal as a player

Tottenham Hotspur fans have had to endure Arsenal being the top team in North London for many a year until Mauricio Pochettino stepped foot into N17.

Arsenal had finished above Tottenham for 21 consecutive seasons in the Premier League until Pochettino turned things around and it is now the lilywhites who have had the bragging rights over the last three campaigns (Mirror).

Former Premier League boss Ian Holloway appeared on talkSPORT yesterday morning was asked whether he would opt to join Tottenham or Arsenal if he was a young player.

Holloway admitted that he would sign for Spurs as he would want to play under Pochettino and even went as far as claiming that he would ‘want to die for Poch’ which was a reference to how his players will put in the extra effort for the team.
