VAR has once again been at the centre of controversy for a number of incidents. Raheem Sterling was shown a yellow card for a strong challenge on Dele Alli which was deemed only to be a yellow card by Mike Dean.
Serge Aurier challenged Sergio Aguero in the penalty area which was eventually awarded by VAR after referee Mike Dean initially claimed the Ivorian won the ball.
After a lengthy spell of the ball remaining in play, the decision was eventually given with Mourinho left to find the funny side.
