Tottenham Hotspur have finally broken the deadlock on 52 minutes in a scrappy affair against Watford.
It was a scratchy goal which gave Spurs the lead when the ball pinballed around the Hornets own box with the final touch coming off one of their own players.
Abdoulaye Doucoure, who was heavily linked with a move to Spurs during the summer transfer window was the man who had the final touch on the ball before it went past Ben Foster.
It hasn’t been a classic so far, but more importantly we are finally ahead. Hopefully we can now build on this lead. COYS!
