“We’ll win a lot of trophies here” – Some Spurs fans are impressed with new stadium

Some of the 6,000 Tottenham Hotspur fans who got to step into the new stadium for the first time have been taking to social media to share their first thoughts on our new home.

Spurs held a fan familiarisation event at the stadium where two sessions of 3,000 fans got to step foot into the 62,062 seater ground.

Fans accessed the stadium through entry level podiums – Park Lane Square to the south and Paxton Terrace at the north with their attendance allowing the club to test the matchday security procedure and entry through the South Stand turnstiles

The single tier south stand was the star attraction for supporters who attended the event, while those who wished to grab some food and a beer could also use the catering facilities located in The Market Place area.

It is fair to say that fans have been blown away by the experience. Here is a selection of reaction from those who saw it with their very own eyes.
