Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has taken to Twitter to share his thoughts following the North London derby draw against Arsenal.
The striker who only returned to action last Saturday played his third match in the space of a week and scored the crucial goal to level the score against the Woolwich.
Kane’s contested penalty put Spurs level with 16 minutes left after the outgoing Aaron Ramsey had put the visitors ahead with a 16th-minute goal had threatened to inflict a third successive league defeat on boss Mauricio Pochettino for the first time in his reign.
The goal meant that Kane has scored nine goals in nine Premier League north London derbies, eclipsing the eight scored by Emmanuel Adebayor.
He said in his Tweet that it wasn’t the result which they wanted and will now turn their attention to progressing past Borussia Dortmund in the second leg of the Champions League tie on Tuesday evening.
