The Champions League group stage draw has just taken place in Monaco with Tottenham Hotspur now fully in the picture of who they will face.
Tottenham fans will certainly look fondly on last season’s adventure which took us all the way to the final in Madrid which ended up a disappointing 2-0 defeat to Liverpool.
Last season, we were drawn in a group along with Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund and PSV Eindhoven.
There were plenty of twists and turns during the campaign which saw us nearly eliminated at the group stage along with some dramatic late events in the knockout stages against Manchester City and Ajax.
Spurs may have not started the Premier League season in an ideal manner, but they need to now get their act together ahead of European football’s most prestigious club competition kicking off next month.
