William Gallas admits that he does not know if he will be a Tottenham Hotspur player next season.
The French defender’s contract expires at the Lane in the summer and with AVB having Younes Kaboul, Jan Vertonghen, Steven Caulker and Michael Dawson as central defensive options it is expected that Gallas will be shown the door on his time at Spurs.
Speaking at the Lyon pre-match press conference, Gallas told the press: “I don’t know what will happen about my contract – I don’t even think about it. Will I still be here next season? I don’t know.”
He added: “Tottenham want to win the Europa League, and it’s very important to have something to show at the end of the season.”
