Worst second half since AVB – Some Spurs fans react to defeat to Wolves

Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to the disappointing 2-1 defeat to Wolves.

At half time, it looked as if Spurs had control of the game following Harry Kane’s superb left-footed goal on 21 minutes.

The ramifications of Tottenham’s title hopes have been severely dented with a diabolical second half performance which saw Wolves score three goals in the last 20 minutes.

Spurs got themselves into the title race and almost immediately they have once again shot themselves in the foot and now remain six points behind Liverpool, with the Reds able to stretch that to nine if they beat Arsenal this evening.

Such was the embarrassing second 45, Wolves fans were evening singing “We want four”.

Spurs must now dust themselves down ready for a trip to Wales on New Year’s Day where they face Cardiff City.

Pochettino was also limited with his attacking options from the bench with only Lucas Moura utilised, while flop Georges-Kevin NKoudou was the only other potential option.
