Hutton welcomes back Dawson

Alan Hutton admits that it is great to have Michael Dawson back fit.

Daws made his comeback after three months out injured in the 1-1 draw against Chelsea and Hutton is pleased his defensive colleague is back.

“I always thought Michael was a terrific player,” Hutton told the official site.

“He wins every header, he’s commanding and you are bound to miss that at times.

“For him to come back and not look out of place against a team like Chelsea, to look fit and sharp, says it all. It was great to have him back.”
