Tottenham Player Ratings vs Fulham

Luka Modric - Header

Gomes (7) – Good save in first half from Zamora. Took a knock when making that save and let’s be kind and say that that explains his shit kicking.

Corluka (7) – Never troubled by Duff or Gera. Supported Bentley well.

Bale (8) – Outstanding attacking play again. Some odd decision making occasionally but overall excellent. Assou-Ekotto will struggle to get back in.

King (7) – Coped easily with Zamora and lasted the full ninety minutes! Blimey!

Dawson (6) – Played well defensively but I’ve knocked a point off for his persistent hoofing.

Bentley (7) – Looks so much better when he ignores the fancy stuff and just plays the simple balls. Looked like he’d been told to get stuck in judging by a number of his early tackles. Some good corners.

Huddlestone (6) – Poor in 1st half, maybe still feeling his knock? Vastly improved in second.

Palacios (7) – Fantastic in the second half I thought. Gave the ball away too much in the first.

Modric (9) – Superb tonight, a constant threat especially when combining with Bale.

Defoe (6) – Worked hard but never at the races. Struggled against the big men at the back for Fulham and rarely found space. One shot I think. My mate blames Jordan.

Crouch (7) – Another good workmanlike performance. Took his goal very neatly.
