TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR have handed a second trial to South African midfielder Masibusane Zongo.
The 19-year-old currently plays his football for SuperSport United and spent time training with Spurs last month.
Zongo told Football365.co.za: “They (Spurs) have invited me for a second trial. The first time I was there for a week and I think it will be another week this time around.
“I’m going back to Tottenham some time next week. The only thing I’m waiting for right now is my visa. They will basically take another look at me. For now it looks like they are really impressed because (otherwise) they couldn’t have bothered to invite me for a second trial. If they sign me, it would probably be for their second team but you never know what can happen, because I trained with their first team,”
