Kamil Zayatte wants to leave Hull in the summer, and claims Spurs and West Ham wanted him.

The defender joined Hull from Swiss club Young Boys in 2008 and despite having two years to run on his contract, wants to join a bigger club.

“I almost left Hull during the last transfer window,” Zayatte is quoted in the Daily Star.

“Two big clubs, Tottenham and West Ham, were interested, but Hull wanted too much money for me.

“But I won’t give up. I’ll work hard to regain my form and finish the season strongly, and we’ll see what happens in June.

“If all goes well, I see myself at a bigger club than Hull.

“If I could land a move to Manchester United, Arsenal or Chelsea, it would make all Guineans proud of me.”
