Villa have joined Tottenham and Liverpool in the fight to sign £10-rated West Ham midfielder Scott Parker.
It is no secret that Harry Redknapp is a massive fan of the England midfielder, who is expected to leave the Hammers following their relegation to the Championship.
Parker’s transfer value has previously put Spurs off a bid for the 30-year-old given his age and potential future sell-on value, but Villa are now ready to battle it out for his signature.
