You’re the boss: Who should start vs Doncaster

With Tottenham looking to continue their unbeaten start to the new campaign, the focus shifts to the Carling Cup on Wednesday evening against Donacaster Rovers, with a lot of fans are already debating about what the team should be.
The Spurs faithful are already waiting to see Harry Redknapp will give a run-out to the likes of Giovani Dos Santos.

The only things that successful clubs give away is advice.
The facts that MU have lost their best player and lost 1 of 3 to a likely relegation prospect are likely indicators that they need a boost.
If we GIVE them a boost by trading our best player either for money or money + a player that left our club to go to “the best club in the world” then e are just plain stupid.
I say stay with our squad. Build on it year after year by adding 1 or 2 quality players. After all, this has been the recipe of those in the “top 4″ for years and years and years.
It’s no longer an exclusive “top 4″ club and Spurs are applying for membership. Let’s just treat others as we have been treated for generations.
If we trade Modric, we are consigning ourselves to mediocrity … AGAIN!

For a player who actualy reminds me of Messi and has done so well with Mexico receiving MVP award in the Concaf cup and Ipswich where he scored 4 in 8 games and got countless man of the match awards. I think there is some polotics we do not know about stopping him at spurs. If he was an english youth I know we would be going mad about him over here becouse he has so much skill and pace.
In the end it’s the spurs fans who will miss out!!! thanks alot Harry just becouse you did not buy them does not mean there not good!
