£15m midfielder set to leave Spurs at the end of the season

Mousa Dembele is not expected to discuss a new deal and is set to leave for free when his contract expires in the summer.

According to The Sun, the Tottenham Hotspur midfielder will walk away from the club at the end of the current campaign.

The 31-year-old will instead move to either China or the middle east for a bumper payday. Dembele was heavily linked with a summer departure from Spurs with the likes of Napoli, Inter Milan, and AC Milan all said to have been keen on the Belgian international, but a move never materialised.

Dembele has been with Spurs since 2012 when he joined in a £15million deal from Fulham and was quoted in The Mirror back in June saying that he would never join another Premier League club as he considers Tottenham to be his team.
