Tottenham Hotspur are once again being linked with a move for Toulouse midfielder Moussa Sissoko.
The 20-year-old has, according to Le Parisien, a £16.5million release clause in his contract which would allow him to move clubs.
Lyon have also been credited with interest in Sissoko, but only have a budget of £21million and are looking to bring in three players over the summer.
