Tottenham Hotspur are always on the lookout for bright young stars to add to their squad, with the likes of Ryan Sessegnon and Jack Clarke joining in the summer.

Even when you look at the current first-team regulars, Dele Alli, Danny Rose, Eric Dier, and co all joined the Lilywhites very young.

While Tottenham employ a scouting network to highlight the best and the brightest, one teenage starlet has now put his own name in the pot this week.

19-year-old Bordeaux enforcer, Aurelien Tchouameni has now stated that he would like to play under Jose Mourinho, describing him as one of the best coaches in the world.

Jeunes Footeaux have already claimed that Wolves are after the teenager, who is emerging as a highly-rated young talent in Bordeaux. He has already played 16 games for the Ligue 1 side this season (TransferMarkt).

As shown in this RMC article, Tchouameni has also been compared to Man United star Paul Pogba, very high praise for a teenager indeed.

Tchouameni said (Girodins4Ever): “Working with José Mourinho? Why not” I think he’s one of the best coaches in the world. I think it can only be beneficial for a player to work with a coach of this calibre.”
