£30m Tottenham star linked with late exit

Reports suggest that Fenerbache are on the verge of signing Moussa Sissoko from Tottenham after a less than successful spell in North London for the Frenchman.

According to the AMK newspaper, sporting director Damien Comoli is confident that then deal can be reached.

Tottenham signed Sissoko on August 31 back in 2016 for £30m, a price tag that left many Spurs fans reeling.

Since that sensational transfer, Sissoko has gone on to appear 81 times in the white jersey, scoring only 2 goals across his two seasons, with very few stand out performances to speak of.

Many Tottenham fans will be overjoyed at the idea of getting rid of the former-Newcastle star, with a select few arguing that he was never treated fairly by the fans.

Either way, it looks as if Sissoko could finally be for the chop in Pochettino’s squad, especially with the emergence of Luke Amos, and the return of Harry Winks.

Should Sissoko be sold/loaned out?
