Inter Milan have ruled themselves out of a potential move for Tottenham winger Gareth Bale.
The Italian giants are known to be big fans of the Welshman, but even a £40million offer would not to enough to persuade Daniel Levy to sell the 21-year-old.
“The Tottenham chairman sent me a nice message saying that £40million is not enough for Bale,” Inter Milan sporting director Marco Branca told Sky Italia.
“He is a player we like and that we monitor, but the price is not compatible with our strategies.”
