Tottenham could make a minimum of £20million in the Champions League, says a football finance expert.
Simon Chadwick, professor of sports business at Coventry University said: “Tottenham have got to get into the group phase, that’s pay-day number one otherwise the income is negligible.
“If they get into the knock-out phase that’s pay-day number two; if they get to the final that’s the third pay-day.
“They should be guaranteed upwards of £20million but to suggest £60million is far-fetched.”
