‘A lot of things to come’ – Tottenham player posts tribute on anniversary

It is now over a ear since Tottenham signed their last player, with the club being inactive in the past two transfer windows.

In fact, Spurs are the only Premier League side in history not to sign a single player in the summer transfer window.

Despite this, they still sit comfortably in third in the Prem, just seven points off the League leaders Liverpool.

Spurs’ last signing wasn’t a bad one either, with Lucas Moura transferring in the final couple of days on the January 2018 window.

The Brazilian winger moved from PSG due to lack of game time, and has been a big hit in North London since the beginning of this season.

His stand out moment would have to be the brace in the historic 3-0 win at Old Trafford at the beginning of the season, and the forward now promises that there is plenty more to come from him.
