Antonio Conte has taken to Instagram to post a nice summer snap today amidst rumours that he is in talks to join Tottenham Hotspur.
Sky Sports Italia broke the news earlier today that Tottenham were in talks with the former Chelsea boss, with the Spurs hot seat still vacant after Mourinho’s sacking.
Conte only became available himself last month after parting ways with Inter Milan despite guiding them to a Serie A title last season (Sky Sports).
The Telegraph have since reported that Spurs could also look to move for former Juventus Chief Football Officer, Fabio Paratici, to join Conte in the new set-up.
This same report claimed that Daniel Levy would be prepared to guarantee Conte that Harry Kane would remain at the club beyond this summer, unless he wants him sold.
It appears that Conte himself is relaxed about the situation, taking the time to post the Instagram photo with the caption ‘It’s a nice day’. Spurs fans will have to wait and see whether the day of their new manager’s arrival is on the horizon.
