‘A strong feeling’ – Pundit predicts one Spurs player could ‘go huge’ against Newcastle

Chris Sutton has predicted that Tottenham striker Harry Kane will ‘go huge’ with his performance against Newcastle United this weekend.

Tottenham travel to Tyneside on Sunday afternoon in what will be the Magpies’ first fixture since being taken over by the Saudi-led Public Investment Fund.

Kane will likely be set to lead the Spurs line at a packed St James’ Park, who have already been dealt a blow after two players tested positive for Covid-19 during the week.

Despite picking up last season’s Premier League Golden Boot award, the 28-year-old has started the campaign very slowly and is still in search of his first tally in the division.

But former Chelsea and Blackburn Rovers striker Sutton believes Kane will put his tough start behind him on Sunday and took to social media to hint that the Spurs hitman could put on a good show against Newcastle.

Kane has lacked any sort of impact in the Premier League so far, but Spurs will need him to step up in the absence of Heung-min Son this weekend. This should be the prime opportunity for him to make his mark as Spurs need to fall back on him to deliver.
