AC Milan are now hoping to take advantage of the frozen transfer talks regarding a Tottenham player and complete a late deal for him.
Thomas Frank has said that there will be no more exits from Tottenham this window since the club are short of numbers at the moment as a result of their bloated injury list.
However, speculation linking some Spurs players with an exit from N17 continues to persist.
One such case is that of Radu Dragusin, who AS Roma are continuing to push to land after the centre-back expressed his desire to move to the Stadio Olimpico.

AC Milan hoping Tottenham change their stance on Radu Dragusin
Despite Frank’s assertions on player sales, AC Milan are hoping they can secure a late deal for the Romanian centre-back.
This is according to Tuttosport, who say that Milan have entered the race for Dragusin and are hoping Spurs ‘could perhaps give in’ and cash in on the defender.
The outlet explains that Roma have failed to reach an agreement with Spurs over the former Genoa man as the Lilywhites are insisting on an obligation to buy while the Giallorossi are only willing to agree to an option.
This difference of opinion between the two clubs has halted the deal, and Milan are hoping to step in and take advantage.
Milan see Dragusin as a perfect fit
Tuttosport say that the Rossoneri believe that the Tottenham man would be the perfect fit under Max Allegri, who has already worked with the 23-year-old at Juventus.
Additionally, the club’s sporting director, Igli Tare, is also a big fan of Dragusin and has already sounded out the centre-back’s representatives.
The belief among the San Siro hierarchy is that they could conclude a deal for the Spurs defender in the final days of the transfer window.
