AC Milan are hopeful of getting Tottenham Hotspur to change their stance and offload one of their fringe players before the February 2nd deadline.
Thomas Frank has made it clear that there will be no more exits from Spurs during the current transfer window, due to the club’s injury crisis.
However, this has not stopped speculation linking various Tottenham players with a move away from N17.
It emerged a couple of days ago that Milan are hoping to swoop for Radu Dragusin after Roma’s negotiations with Spurs for the centre-back hit a major roadblock.

AC Milan are optimistic about landing Radu Dragusin from Tottenham
According to TuttoMercatoWeb that Milan have now made contact with Spurs regarding the Romanian.
The outlet claims that the Rossoneri intend to make a six-month loan offer, along with a conditional obligation to buy, depending on whether they have qualified for the Champions League.
It is suggested that Spurs’ stance on Dragusin is changing, and Milan are now ‘optimistic’ about landing the 23-year-old before the window slams shut.
Why would Spurs change their stance on Dragusin?
Interestingly, it was previously reported that Tottenham were not willing to accept a loan offer from Roma for Dragusin with a conditional obligation to buy the centre-back.
However, this latest update seems to suggest that the North Londoners may accept a similar offer from Milan.
That may have something to do with the fact that the Rossoneri look more likely to qualify for the Champions League than the Giallorossi, with Massimiliano Allegri’s men currently sitting second in Serie A, four points above the capital club.
