AC Milan are reportedly plotting a shock move for a senior Tottenham Hotspur man, who has been praised repeatedly by Ange Postecoglou for his leadership qualities.
While there has been a lot of speculation on potential incomings at Tottenham Hotspur this summer, the club might also be in danger of losing some big names, particularly if they fail to qualify for Europe.
It has already been reported that Cristian Romero wants to leave Spurs this summer in search of Champions League football, while a few clubs are also eyeing a move for Dejan Kulusevski.
It has now emerged that another one of Tottenham’s key men is on the wishlist of AC Milan.

AC Milan plot move for Tottenham’s Guglielmo Viario
According to a report in MilanLive, the Rossoneri could lose Mike Maignan in the summer, and they have now drawn up a list of replacements for their number one.
Out of the goalkeepers on their wishlist, Guglielmo Vicario, has been described as the one to ‘watch out’ for, while Atalanta’s Marco Carnesecchi and Napoli’s Elia Caprile are also being monitored closely by Milan.
The outlet says that the Tottenham number one is seen as a very good option for Sergio Conceicao’s side.
The publication predicts that the 28-year-old’s move to the San Siro could be part of a domino effect this summer which could see Maignan moving to PSG and Gigio Donnarumma joining rivals Inter Milan.
Could Milan have an ace up their sleeve to attract Vicario?
Most Spurs fans will not be losing sleep about Milan’s interest in the Italian goalkeeper, given that he is contracted until 2028.
However, the Serie A club may have a potential ace up their sleeve as some sources have reported over recent weeks that Milan are pushing the boat out to appoint Fabio Paratici as their sporting director.
That appears to have changed over the last few days as some outlets are now reporting that Paratici’s move to Milan is stalling and is now in danger of collapsing.
If the Rossoneri do manage to get the former Tottenham managing director through the door, that could potentially help them in their pursuit of Vicario, given the Italian director’s relationship with the goalkeeper and the North London side.
