Ajax are reportedly keen to spark a bidding war between Tottenham and Liverpool for star striker Luis Suarez.
The Uruguayan has been on Spurs’ radar for some time, with a January bid heavily expected.
Ajax had reportedly hinted that £17million would be enough to tempt them into selling, but with Liverpool entering the action, Ajax could start a bidding war between the two clubs in order to get the best possible price for him.
The 23-year-old could cost upwards of £23m now, although it is claimed that he would prefer to move to Tottenham.
