Tottenham Hotspur have not won a Premier League game since their victory over West Ham and Alan Smith has revealed whether he thinks this will continue.
Tottenham Hotspur are not an easy team to beat, but they are not all that good at winning either. Spurs have drawn three of their past four matches and have required a late goal in each one in order to secure a point.
Their most recent Premier League fixture against Wolverhampton Wanderers was particularly disappointing. Tottenham had the home advantage and were up against a team who had lost every single league match. Despite this, the only goal Spurs scored was the stoppage time equaliser from Joao Palhinha.
Leeds United will host Tottenham on Saturday and will be eager to keep putting points on the board. Daniel Farke’s team defeated Wolves away from home two weekends ago and drew with Bournemouth last time out.

Alan Smith believes Tottenham will draw another match
Tottenham’s winless run in the Premier League is set to continue according to Alan Smith. The former Arsenal striker has been impressed by Leeds’ attack in recent games and cannot see Guglielmo Vicario keeping a clean sheet.
This match would have surely been an easy Spurs win on August 23, the day when Thomas Frank’s team fought hard to secure a 2-0 win over Manchester City. Leeds were thrashed 5-0 by Arsenal on the same day, but the fortunes of both sides have changed since then.
Smith told Best Betting Websites: “Spurs are trying to find their way after a couple of lacklustre performances and Leeds have found their shooting boots, scoring a few goals. But I’m going to go 1-1.”
Leeds United will want to get revenge on Spurs
Tottenham have a decent record when it comes to relegating teams from the Premier League. It was their 4-1 victory at Elland Road in May 2023 which saw Leeds drop down to the Championship in Ryan Mason’s final match as interim manager.
Leeds would not have avoided the drop anyway due to Everton’s victory over Bournemouth, but there may still be some resentment within their camp due to the way Spurs destroyed them.
The Yorkshire outfit will certainly fancy their chances based on the current form of both teams, so Tottenham will need to improve on Tuesday’s Champions League fixture against Bodo/Glimt.
