It’s near impossible for anything to top a Spurs fan’s evening after they watch their team beat Arsenal 2-0 and dump them out of a cup.
However, Piers Morgan has achieved the unachievable tonight after appearing live on TV wearing a Tottenham Hotspur shirt.
Piers was invited into the studio with ex-Spurs man Peter Crouch to conduct the draw for the semi finals of the Carabao Cup.
Piers and Peter had a little wager on the game behind closed doors, and the loser had to wear the other team’s shirt for the event itself.
The results were glorious, as Piers Morgan hated every single second of wearing the lilywhite strip.
Tottenham were eventually drawn against Chelsea in the next round, with Man City getting Burton Albion in the semi final.
Of course, Alan Sugar was delighted by Piers’ choice of clothing, and Spurs legend Micky Hazard was also quick to respond.
