Tottenham’s recent performances certainly suggest that there is plenty of belief running through the squad, with some fans even dreaming of a potential title challenge.

Alasdair Gold has now admitted in the latest video on his YouTube channel that there is a genuine belief running through the club that they are going to have a successful season.
The journalist reveals that there is a buzz around North London and a belief that the club have managed to assemble their best squad of the modern era.
He also claims that everyone at Spurs believes that they could win silverware this season.

I am confident that Jose will be telling the players in private that we are title contenders and that we could pip the likes of City and Liverpool this season. I do not expect him to say that publicly and put pressure on the squad, nor do I think we will end up winning it. However, Jose is certainly not the kind of manager to aim for second or third.
