Alasdair Gold gives the run down of ten potential Spurs exits in January

Alasdair Gold has provided an update on ten Tottenham players this week and their potential exist out of North London in the January transfer window.

The Football London journalist claimed that Matt Doherty needs to leave Spurs in order to find more regular game time, while Tottenham are open to accepting offers for Dele Alli.

Joe Rodon is apparently only keen on moving somewhere he will start regularly and Spurs are expected to consider a loan or permanent sale option for him.

Gold also confirmed that Spurs have turned down a £15m bid for Steven Bergwijn from Ajax, adding that Conte does not want to lose the Dutchman but desperation for funds may come into play.

Dilan Markanday is expected to join Blackburn Rovers on a permanent deal with a sell-on fee, while Jack Clarke, Harvey White and others may be sent out on loan.

Kion Etete and Jamie Bowden, both of whom were recently recalled from loan spells, are expected to go out on six-month loans for the rest of the season.

Finally, Tanguy Ndombele has been training alone this week at Hotspur Way and Gold reports that Levy and Paratici must decide whether to take a hit on their record signing.

Spurs Web Opinion:

Ideally, all of the above exits need to happen either in January or the summer. For too many transfer windows, Tottenham have done bit-part rebuilds. It is about time to rip up the plan and start fresh under Antonio Conte. Sell who he doesn’t like and buy who he does.
