Alasdair Gold reveals decision has been made on Ndombele at board level

Football London’s Alasdair Gold has revealed that a decision has been made at board level to keep Tanguy Ndombele at the club this season.

There were reportedly offers for the Frenchman this summer but, barring a huge late bid for him on deadline day, he will remain in North London.

This comes after Gold also reported of interest in Ndombele from multiple La Liga clubs earlier this week, although even then he insisted the midfielder was likely to stay.

The former Lyon man is yet to make a single matchday squad under Nuno Espirito Santo and was also not seen in any of the five pre-season games.

Ndombele has allegedly told Nuno that he wants to leave Tottenham, while Fabio Paratici apparently tried to swap him for Juventus midfielder, Weston McKennie.

Spurs Web Opinion:

This new 4-3-3 system Nuno is adopting would literally be perfect for Ndombele if he would only knuckle down and work a bit. If he wants to become a world-class player, he simply must find a world-class attitude, or risk never fulfilling his potential.
