Alasdair Gold reveals what Harry Kane did after full-time whistle against Leicester

Football.London’s Alasdair Gold has revealed that Harry Kane sprinted over to the travelling Tottenham fans at the King Power Stadium after the final whistle against Leicester.

Until deep into stoppage time, it seemed as though Tottenham’s unbeaten record under Antonio Conte in the Premier League was about to come to an end, despite the away side dominating proceedings for the majority of the encounter.

What followed was a crazy minute where substitute Steven Bergwijn produced a sensational brace to turn the result around in quite an incredible fashion.

It was a record-breaking turnaround as no other team in Premier League history have won a game after trailing so late on (Optus Sport).

Bergwijn’s late winner with the last kick of the game sent the Spurs players, bench and travelling fans into absolute pandemonium.

Gold has now revealed that Kane sprinted over to the away end to applaud the fans after the final whistle and was quickly followed by his teammates and Conte.

This is certainly proof that Kane is fully invested in the club and cares deeply about his relationship with the fans, despite what happened in the summer. I thought the 29-year-old put in his best all-round performance of the campaign so far at the King Power Stadium.
