Alasdair Gold shares his understanding of Spurs’ stance on Kane amid Man City rumours

Tottenham Hotspur have no intention of selling Harry Kane during the current transfer window, according to Alasdair Gold.

Speculation surrounding the England captain’s future in North London went into overdrive late yesterday evening following a report from The Sun, which saw the newspaper even give it priority on their front page.

The report claimed that Daniel Levy had performed a u-turn with his decision over Kane and had told the forward that he was prepared to sanction a move to Manchester City in a £160million transfer.

Gold believes that Tottenham’s stance regarding Kane’s situation at the club remains the same as it has all summer, the club have no interest in losing the marksman who scored 33 goals in 49 appearances in all competitions last season, while also providing an impressive 17 assists (transfermarkt).
