Some Spurs fans have been left extremely impressed by the club’s third kit for next season which was released earlier today.
Tottenham confirmed that Nike’s third kit is designed head-to-toe in yellow, with a navy blue trim on a crew collar, shirt sleeves, and socks.
In a twist, the Spurs crest and the Nike tick are positioned centrally, just as they were in the famous yellow kits worn by Tottenham teams of yesteryear, including in the club’s FA Cup Final triumph in 1982 and UEFA Cup win in 1984.
It was revealed that the third kit would be available for purchase in the club shop from next Monday.
The reaction to the new kit release has been overwhelmingly positive from Spurs fans on social media, with many loving the club’s decision to go for a classic Spurs away colour.
Some even insisted that the design of the third kit was better than Nike’s home and away ones for next season.
This was one of my favourite shirts as a kid. Looks similar. This should be our away kit not Green one pic.twitter.com/1PcSOucvjM

I actually like it, seen a lot of negativity about it but I like it, plain, simple and yellow which goes with our history. https://t.co/Umhor0pqKh

Love the 3rd Kit may actuall buy this one , would love to see the stats on which kit sells the most, imagine if @nikefootball and @SpursOfficial had made this shirt white instead of yellow (with red AIA we have to have ) would have been an amazing Ist Kit !!! https://t.co/uN9sLycLAU

Spurs Web Opinion
While I liked the look of the kit when it was first doing the rounds on social media, I have to agree that it looks even better on. Hopefully, we go on a good run in one of the domestic cup competitions next season so that the kit will be looked back on with fond memories.
