Unless Tottenham can somehow scoop up the Champions League trophy this season, it seems as if it will be another year without silverware for the North London side.

Despite this, Harry Kane will still be keen on getting his hands on some awards of his own.

The England captain probably isn’t in line for any player of the season awards this season, despite a good return, but the Golden Boot is well within his clutches.

During his six weeks out injured, the likes of Sergio Aguero, Mo Salah, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang failed to pull significantly away from Kane in the charts.

However, Sadio Mane and Raheem Sterling have been among the goals, throwing their names in the mix.

Aguero currently leads the way on 18 goals, with Kane and Salah on 17. Aubameyang and Mane are on 16, and Sterling sits back on 15.

Kane also boasts four assists, a goal every 132 minutes, and 60% shots on target for the 2018/19 season.
