Ange Postecoglou may be about to land his second managerial job, just seven months after being sacked by Tottenham Hotspur.
There is a section of Spurs fans who are now questioning if the club made the right decision to sack Postecoglou in the summer, particularly given the much-criticised style of football that Frank has delivered this season.
With Frank’s days at Tottenham now reportedly numbered, that feeling of ‘what if’ regarding Postecoglou is only growing among the fan base.
However, the Australian’s return to management following his sacking by Spurs was forgettable. The 60-year-old lasted just 39 days at Forest after replacing Nuno Espirito Santo, failing to win a single one of his eight games in charge.

Former Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou could return to his old stomping ground
Football Insider have said that Postecoglou could be in line to return to Celtic, who are searching for their next head coach.
The Australian had plenty of success during his time at Celtic Park from 2021 to 2023, eventually leaving the club to take up the Tottenham job.
Martin O’Neill is currently incharge of the Scottish club on an interim basis, but the Bhoys are assessing various options, with Postecoglou being among those.
The report claims that the former Spurs boss continues to have a strong connection with Celtic and could be willing to take charge of the club once again.
Postecoglou does not want to join Celtic immediately
Football Insider claim that Postecoglou is reluctant to accept a new job midway through the season and would prefer to start a project with a full pre-season.
Additionally, the Australian coach is also keen to take a break from football after his spells at Tottenham and Forest.
However, this could play into Celtic’s hands, with the Glasgow giants happy for O’Neill to see them through to the end of the campaign.
