According to the Premier League’s official X handle, Ange Postecoglou has now gone 50 home matches without facing defeat across his time at Yokohama F. Marinos, Celtic and Tottenham Hotspur.
Heading into the dying stages of stoppage time on Saturday, it looked like Spurs were going to fall to their first Premier League loss of the Postecoglou era, with Sheffield United defending for their lives after going 1-0 up.
However, the home side kept knocking on the door and in a matter of two minutes, turned the game on its head with late strikes from Richarlison and Dejan Kulusevski.
It was pandemonium at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium after the Swede hit the back of the net in the 100th minute, with Postecoglou remaining the coolest man in North London.
Postecoglou is unbeaten in 50 home league matches
The Spurs head coach has previously stressed the need to make the stadium a fortress (Football.London), and it turns out that is something he managed to achieve at Yokohama and Celtic.
It has now been revealed that the Australian has gone 50 matches without seeing his side lose at home.

Spurs Web Opinion
Some might scoff at this stat as the Scottish League and the J League are not comparable in quality to the Premier League but this is still an extremely impressive record that goes back more than three years. Celtic were not in great shape when the 58-year-old arrived while Yokohama are, by no means, the team with the most resources in Japan.
