Another twist in the Rabiot saga

Tottenham Hotspur have long since been linked with French midfield talent Adrien Rabiot, and there have already been many twists and turns.

However, L’Equipe have offered up a fresh twist in the saga today, claiming that PSG will not let their midfield man leave on a free (as reported by the BBC).

Rabiot has refused to extend his deal with the French giants up until this point, and it is unlikely he will change his mind.

PSG apparently want to get some money for the player before his contract runs out, and will be open to selling in January.

Perhaps they are concerned about getting some cash, or perhaps it is more about principle, not wanting the troublemaker to play any further part in success this season.

Either way, Tottenham may have another chance at signing the player, especially with their good relationship with the French club.

Spurs bought Lucas Moura and Serge Aurier off PSG over the last couple of years.

However, Le10Sport claim Rabiot simply isn’t interested in a Spurs move, but who knows if this is true, and perhaps it is the best offer he will get.
