“Anyone else physically shaking?” – Some Spurs fans react to late drama against Man City

Tottenham Hotspur are through to the semifinals of the Champions League on away goals after an unbelievable game at the Etihad.

The game started in crazy fashion as the first 20 minutes saw five goals being scored, with City leading Spurs 3-2. That’s how the game stayed until the half-time interval.

Pep Guardiola’s side came out in the second half and took the game to Spurs but the Tottenham back line held firm.

However, City kept probing and eventually scored through Sergio Aguero to lead for the first time in the tie.

Fernando Llorente met Kieran Trippier’s corner to put Spurs back in the lead with fifteen minutes to go as City launched an onslaught on the Spurs goal.

The hosts eventually got their goal courtesy of Raheem Sterling in stoppage time but it was chopped off as replays showed that Sergio Aguero was offside.
