Arsenal legend Arsene Wenger reveals he has received Spurs invite from Daniel Levy

Former Arsenal manager and club legend, Arsene Wenger has revealed that he has received an invite from Daniel Levy to visit the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Wenger parted ways with Arsenal over two years ago after manning the ship for over 20 years and 1,235 games. These days, Wenger serves as FIFA’s Chief of Global Football Development.

For so long, the Frenchman stood on the opposing side to Tottenham as the two clubs battled it out for North London bragging rights.

However, could he soon be back as a guest of honour at the ground of his fierce old rivals? Wenger revealed in an interview with the Daily Mail that he had not yet been back to an English ground since stepping down as Arsenal boss.

Despite this, he claimed that he would one day return, before adding that Spurs have a new stadium and that Daniel Levy had invited him for a visit.

We can only imagine that such a tour would not go down well across both sides of the divide.
