Arsenal receive injury boost ahead of North London Derby

Tottenham Hotspur go into the North London Derby tomorrow off the back of two bitterly disappointing League defeats to Burnley and Chelsea.

Spurs had the chance to mount a real title charge with a win at Burnley, a win that would have closed the gap between themselves and Liverpool to just two points.

Instead, back-to-back defeats has seen Tottenham fall a huge nine points behind the League leaders, killing any hopes of lifting the trophy.

Now Spurs must fight it out with the likes of Arsenal, Man United and Chelsea for the Champions League spots.

Arsenal currently sit just four behind Tottenham in the League, and if they managed to pick up three points at Wembley, that gap will be cut down to just the one.

Spurs head into the game with Dele Alli and Eric Dier still out, and Winks and Vertonghen both potential absentees.

Arsenal meanwhile have been given an injury boost, as Laurent Koscielny is available to play despite picking up a knock and limping away from the Emirates after the 5-1 win over Bournemouth (Mirror).
