·      Van Persie and Bale’s positions are mirrored in the rank for most shots on target, with van Persie leading with 63 shots on target and Bale in fourth 48

·      Arsenal have two other players in the top ten for distance covered with Aaron Ramsey in 8th and Mikel Arteta in 9th with 148.6 miles and 148.16 miles respectively

·      Goals from Ramsey and Thierry Henry gave Arsenal a 2-1 win against Sunderland in theirlast Premier League game

·      Henry has made four substitute appearances for Arsenal since returning on loan from New York Red Bulls, and has covered 5.63 miles, averaging 87.7 yards per minute on the pitch

·      Spurs beat Newcastle 5-0 in their last Premier League game with two goals from Januarysigning Louis Saha along with goals from Adebayor, Kranjcar and Assou-Ekotto

·      Kranjcar covered the most ground for Spurs in that game with 6.09 miles
